General Conditions of Use

Reservation

The reservation of a flat in Résidence Aurmat is valid only after acceptance by the management. Confirmation of the customer’s reservation is at the sole discretion of the management. In addition, to be binding, the reservation must be guaranteed by a valid credit card accepted by Résidence Aurmat or have been the subject of a prior credit agreement with Résidence Aurmat or be followed by the payment of a deposit.

Price List

Prices are given in Euros and only include the provision of a flat and the services included in the package. They include all taxes (local tax, tourist tax, etc.). Optional services are not included in the price.1

Payment and cancellation conditions

1 – Standard price

CANCELLATION: In the event of cancellation or modification up to 2 days before the date of arrival, Résidence Aurmat will not charge any fees. In the event of late cancellation or modification or no-show, Résidence Aurmat will charge the full amount of the reservation.

PREPAYMENT: The total amount of the stay can be requested or taken by the establishment at least 2 days before arrival.

2 – Non-Refundable Tariff

CANCELLATION: In the event of cancellation, modification or no-show, Résidence Aurmat will deduct the total amount of the reservation.

PREPAYMENT: The total amount of the stay may be requested or deducted by the establishment at least 2 days before arrival.

House Rules

Animals are forbidden.
Smoking is prohibited in the building.
Parties, gatherings or noise disturbances are not permitted in the building.
Invitation forbidden.
