Our hotel residence is located in the heart of Boulogne-Billancourt. Located at 106 rue de Paris, a stone's throw from metro line 10 Jean Jaures, we look forward to welcoming you to a residence that has been completely renovated inside and out. Our studio rooms are equipped with a kitchenette with fridge, induction hob and extractor hood. A kettle with coffee, tea, organic herbal tea and organic sugar are also provided in the studios. For your comfort, we have fitted the rooms with triple-glazed windows (acoustic and thermal) and the latest-generation air conditioning.
Our flats are located less than 2 minutes' walk from Jean Jaurès and Pont de Saint Cloud metro stations (Paris metro line 10) and less than 10 minutes' walk from Marcel Sembat metro station (Paris metro line 9). It is within easy reach of the centre of Paris, the Eiffel Tower, department stores, etc.
Our flats are quite simply some of the best in town. Located in a lively area with all the shops around, restaurants, shopping centre, cinema, our residence will welcome you in the greatest calm because located on a street perpendicular to the city centre.
